Writing When Faith Feels Quiet

Quiet seasons don’t cancel the calling. They just strip the performance out of it.
When I can’t manufacture a “moment,” I show up anyway: tune, capo, click if needed, and tell the truth in small lines. Sometimes what comes out is a prayer without sounding like one. Sometimes it’s a plain sentence that later becomes a bridge.
Grace isn’t only in the big breakthrough. It’s in another honest try.
